moonscape. by putting a place on earth in a completely different relation, i want to create the possibility of a parallel perception of the viewer, which can coexist with my experienced reality. this way, a picture completely detached from our worldly perception can arouse different emotions, depending on who is looking at it. i took this phorograph with my nikon f3 at praia da amoreira in portugal with the first rays of sunshine. the colours of the sky seemed to be absorbed by the whole environment, transforming the beach into a place on another planet.
